UPMC's Dr. David Brent presents information intended to improve recognition of psychiatric disorders and suicidal behavior in teenage patients.

Educational Objectives:

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Improve recognition of psychiatric disorders and suicidal behavior, including access to method and risk
  • Define impact of exposure to suicide and family contributors to suicide
  • Employ evidence-based depression prevention and treatment options
