Dr. Anne Germain, associate professor of Psychiatry and Psychology at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of UPMC, provides an overview of the symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and how sleep disturbances correlate with PTSD. Assessing sleep disorders in PTSD, as well as pharmacological and psychological treatments, are also discussed.
