Antoinette Carroll, RN CCTC, and Meghan Pasquarelli, LCSW, present about the transplant coordinator and social worker roles at every stage of a patient’s transplant journey. Carroll and Pasquarelli also discuss how to handle difficult patients and provide intervention techniques on curbing noncompliance.
