Part One: Cancer Survivorship Conference

In part one of the Cancer survivorship conference, Ms. Aimee Costello provides an over view of the cancer survivorship program and the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

Educational objectives:

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Improve knowledge of potential late effects of childhood cancer therapies on adult survivors to support health promotion and patient education in practice.  
  • Locate and closely follow Children’s Oncology Group Long-Term Follow-Up Guidelines for childhood cancer survivors in order to provide standard of care
