Pharmacotherapy and PGY2 Geriatric Pharmacy Residency, presents on the
geriatric pharmacotherapy pearls. Dr. Sakely goes through several patient cases
and outlines vaccine regimens, therapeutic options, and medication information
resources.

vaccine schedule.
- Identify therapeutic options for venous thromboembolism
(VTE) prophylaxis in skilled nursing facility (SNF) residents.
