Overview
UPMC presents the 2024 Sonography Conference co-hosted by the Magee-Womens Research Institute & Foundation and the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute. This conference will discuss a wide range of topics including the diagnostic approach to hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, the recognition of apical-variant hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and the echocardiographic approach to pulmonary embolism.
Throughout this educational event, our team of experts will present on topics such as:
- Echocardiographic recognition of stress cardiomyopathy
- Detection of atrial septal defect
- Recognition and evaluation of constrictive pericarditis
- Echocardiography in pregnancy-associated heart disease patients
