About This Course 

UPMC presents the 2023 Heart Valve Symposium. Led by experts from the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute, this in-person and virtual CME event will feature a range of discussions about the latest advancements in treatment for patients diagnosed with complex valve and structural heart disease. Topics will include the cutting-edge of transcatheter heart valve repair and replacement, minimally invasive and robotic-assisted valve surgery, advanced imaging techniques, a review of complex cases, and upcoming clinical trials in heart valve disease.

This meeting is open to physicians (including family practitioners, internists, residents, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and thoracic surgeons), advanced practice providers, nurses, researchers, medical students, and other health care professionals involved in the care of patients with complex valve and structural heart disease.
