UPMC Children's at the Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Conference and Family Reunion

August 2-3, 2024

Members of UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh's Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery faculty will be in attendance at the 2024 Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Conference and Family Reunion happening August 2 to 3, 2024, in Boston, Massachusetts. Top neuro-professionals, educators, researchers, and rehabilitation clinicians will present sessions on issues related to pediatric epilepsy surgery.

Dr. Taylor Abel, chief of pediatric neurosurgery, will be presenting "What’s New In Responsive Neurostimulation" alongside Mark Richardson, MD, from Massachusetts General Hospital.

Michael Granovetter, PhD, epilepsy surgery researcher from the University of Pittsburgh, will also be presenting "Hemispherectomy In Research – Publications from the Global Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Registry."
