2026 Clinical Neurophysiology Multidisciplinary Course

This comprehensive clinical neurophysiology multidisciplinary course will take place on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 11 and 12, 2026. The course offers focused educational tracks in EEG & Epilepsy and Advances in Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM).

The EEG & Epilepsy track explores seizure classification, EEG interpretation, and advanced epilepsy management, including surgery and neuromodulation. The IONM track emphasizes monitoring and mapping in advanced spine procedures, neuroimaging integration, functional neurosurgical procedures, and interactive case study presentations.

The keynote address on Friday, “Adult Spinal Deformity Correction,” will be given by Richard Wawrose, MD, UPMC Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Saturday’s keynote address, “New Insights in ASM Pharmacokinetics,” will be given by Page Pennell, MD, chair, UPMC Department of Neurology.

The program will be both in-person with a virtual option provided via Zoom. The tuition is the same for either option.

CME credit is available. Other health care professionals will receive a certificate of attendance confirming the number of contact hours commensurate with the extent of participation in this activity.
