2018 Survivorship Symposium: Survivorship for the Head and Neck Cancer Patient

Program Goal

The purpose of this symposium is to provide fundamental information necessary for a comprehensive approach to survivorship care of head and neck cancer patients. This is intended to improve healthcare providers’ ability to provide high-quality survivorship caring to the growing population of survivors.
