Learn About Treatment for Difficult to Treat Asthma; New Episode of "That's Pediatrics"

February 20, 2020 That's Pediatrics LogoUPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh has launched a new medical podcast series for physicians, scientists and other health care professionals featuring the hospital’s leading researchers and clinicians. Episodes of “That’s Pediatrics” will include compelling interviews with scientists at UPMC Children’s Hospital who are performing innovative basic, translational, and clinical research. 

Dr. Allyson Larkin, an associate professor of Pediatrics and part of the Allergy and Immunology Division at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, is featured in this episode. She joined the Department of Pediatrics in July of 2011 after completing her fellowship program here at Children’s. She currently serves as the Fellowship Program Director, the Co-Director of the Difficult to Treat Asthma Clinic and the Course Director for medical students and resident allergy and immunology rotations.
