Join experts at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh for free monthly lunchtime webinars that cover a wide range of topics for physicians interested in pediatric medicine. In addition to gaining helpful knowledge and resources to improve your practice, the live webinars are eligible for CME credit.  

On Wednesday, March 20, Frederico Xavier, MD and James Cooper, MD, of the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, will discuss common primary care challenges in hemostasis and thrombosis. Drs. Xavier and Cooper will review information about screening for bleeding disorders, heavy menstrual bleeding diagnosis and management, and thrombophilia testing and results.

In addition to the presentation content, attendees have the opportunity to participate in a question and answer session.
