Atizazul Mansoor, MD Named President of UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in Central Pennsylvania

Image of Atizazul Mansoor, MD.The UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute is proud to announce that Atizazul Mansoor, MD, has been named president of the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in Central Pennsylvania.

Dr. Mansoor joined the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in 2013 and currently serves as the program director of the Cardiovascular Fellowship Program, chair of Non-Invasive Cardiology, and director of Interventional Imaging. Throughout his tenure, he has made significant contributions to the organization through his dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence.

Dr. Mansoor received his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Following medical school, Dr. Mansoor completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease and residency in intern medicine at Brown Alpert Medical School. He specializes in cardiology and is board-certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
