Hunter Huston, MD, Recruited to Provide Specialized Onconephrology Care

The UPMC Kidney Disease Center is excited to introduce the newest addition to our team, Hunter Huston, MD.

Providing nephrology services at UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside, Dr. Huston is working closely with Christopher J. Passero, MD, and the experts at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center to provide specialized care for patients who experience kidney injury or electrolyte disturbances related to cancer and cancer treatment.

Dr. Huston received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He then completed his residency at University of Utah Department of Internal Medicine, also serving as chief resident. He completed his fellowship, and served as chief fellow, in the Department of Nephrology and Hypertension at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
