Refer a Patient
For ob-gyn and urogynecology services in central Pa., providers can refer the patient, or patients can contact the practice directly. View a full list of our locations.
For gynecologic oncology, please send a referral and order imaging to be completed prior to the patient's visit.
If you are a provider outside of UPMC, please include a face sheet, insurance card, office note, procedure and/or surgical report that addresses the concern or reason for the referral. Please include any imaging not done within the UPMC system. While reports are helpful, imaging is preferred. If the patient is transferring cancer care, please provide all pathology and treatment notes as well as surgical notes.
