This program is a governmentally funded free-standing, multi-purpose Crisis Center serving all persons in Allegheny County. The center's clients include the mentally ill and any persons/families under great stress - whatever their concerns. Dr. Rozel is an expert on gun violence and the Medical Director for “Resolve”.
