Dr. Tevar received his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine. He completed a residency in general surgery at the Indiana University School of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in multi-organ transplant and hepatobiliary surgery at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and a fellowship in multi-organ transplant surgery at the University of Cincinnati.
