Beth Stepanczuk, MD is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Stepanczuk earned her medical doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 2010. She then completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2014, where she also served as chief resident.

Dr. Stepanczuk’s research activities focus on the care of individuals who continue to have rehabilitation needs as they transition from pediatric to adult medical services. She is also interested in stroke rehabilitation. Her scope of practice includes inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient clinic, and spasticity management including botulinum toxin injections. Dr. Stepanczuk is a strong advocate for patient safety in health care and is actively involved in several quality improvement initiatives.
