Profile:

Cara Troutman-Enseki, DPT, OCS, SCS, is the director of exertion rehabilitation for the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program, and a senior physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services.  She is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Pittsburgh and is an APTA credentialed clinical instructor.

Dr. Troutman-Enseki serves as a faculty member for the UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Sports, Orthopaedic, and Neurology residency programs. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008, and is a board-certified clinical specialist in both orthopaedic and sports physical therapy. Dr. Troutman-Enseki is actively involved in ongoing concussion-related research projects within the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program.
