Dr. Riley received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine and fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at UPMC. Following the completion of his training, he joined the faculty of the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh and UPMC, where his clinical and research interests are focused on improving care for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Dr. Riley also provides care to patients through the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.
