Ms. Spicer received her undergraduate degree in molecular biology from the University of Pittsburgh. She is board certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a pathologist’s assistant. Ms. Spicer has over 30 years of experience performing pediatric autopsy and treating complex congenital heart disease
