Dr. Sultan received his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. He completed a residency in surgery at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore followed by fellowships in thoracic surgery and aortic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
