James P. Ohr, DO, is a medical oncologist and hematologist at UPMC CancerCenter. He has a clinical interest in gastrointestinal malignancies, peritoneal carcinomas, and head and neck malignancies.

Dr. Ohr is board-certified in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine. He received an undergraduate degree at Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa., and a doctoral degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia. Dr. Ohr completed a residency in internal medicine, and a fellowship in hematology/oncology at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Dr. Ohr is a member of professional organizations including, the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, American Society of Hematology, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
