Kelly McCoy, MD, FACS, is an assistant professor of surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She specializes in thyroid cancer, parathyroid disease, molecular genetics of thyroid and parathyroid cancer, and minimally invasive techniques in the surgical treatment of endocrine diseases.

Dr. McCoy is board-certified in general surgery. She received her medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine, Philadelphia. Dr. McCoy completed a residency at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD., and a fellowship in endocrine surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.
