Dr. Hurwitz is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a medical internship at Allegheny General Hospital, followed by a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the University of Washington. He completed his fellowship in Amputation Rehabilitation at the University of Washington/VA Puget Sound.
