Min Sun, MD, PhD, is an oncologist and hematologist at UPMC. He specializes in the clinical care of breast cancer patients and those at high-risk for breast cancer. He also researches breast cancer tumor markers and early diagnosis.

Dr. Sun is board-certified in hematology, internal medicine, and medical oncology. He completed a medical degree at Beijing Medical University in Beijing, China, and a doctorate at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland. Dr. Sun completed a residency at the former St. Francis Medical Center, now, UPMC Passavant, and a fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

Dr. Sun is a member of professional organizations, such as the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, and the American Society of Breast Disease.
