    Dr. Patrick J. Strollo is a Professor of Medicine and Clinical and Translational Science in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. He is the Director of the UPMC Sleep Medicine Center and Co-Director of the Sleep Medicine Institute at the University of Pittsburgh. He received his MD from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 1981 and trained in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary / Critical Care at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Patrick J. Strollo is a Professor of Medicine and Clinical and Translational Science in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh.  He is the Director of the UPMC Sleep Medicine Center and Co-Director of the Sleep Medicine Institute at the University of Pittsburgh.

He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Executive Committee of the American Thoracic Society Sleep and Respiratory Neurobiology Assembly.  He is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine Pulmonary Disease Board of Directors. He is a member of the National Football League’s Cardiovascular Health Committee. He has been recognized by Best Doctors® in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine and Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors in Pulmonary Disease.

Dr Strollo’s clinical work focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and long term management of Sleep Apnea and Respiratory Care of patients with neuromuscular disease.
