Dr. Mehta’s research interests include clinical and translational aspects of subclinical organ rejection. He is interested in following long term outcomes in patients with subclinical rejection. He is also interested in exploring alternative pathways that may be playing a contributory role in subclinical rejection including role of Th17 cells and the IL17 pathway.
