Board-certified in internal medicine and medical oncology, Dr. Puhalla received her medical degree from Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine and Pharmacy in Rootstown, Ohio. She completed her residency in internal medicine at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, and her fellowship in medical oncology with emphasis in breast cancer at the James Cancer Hospital of The Ohio State University Medical Center.


Dr. Puhalla is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Association for Cancer Research, and the American Medical Association.
