Dr. Abhinav Humar reviews liver transplantation and how it is now established as the only definitive treatment for end-stage liver disease (ESLD).

  • Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of LDLT for the individual patient with liver failure
  • Recognize the risks and complications associated with living donation
  • Identify the optimal timing for offering LDLT to patients
