Dr. Samir Saba describes left atrial appendage (LAA) closure device applications for atrial fibrillation. Dr. Saba also explains the clinical indications for LAA closure devices, contradictions to oral anticoagulation, and the technical limitations in deploying a Watchman™ LAA occlusion device.
