Salman Fazal, MD, is a medical oncologist at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in Harrisburg and is board-certified in hematology and medical oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital, residency at Rosalind Franklin University/Chicago Medical School and Griffin Hospital (a Yale School of Medicine affiliate, and medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Pakistan.
