Doctors discuss advanced therapy options for patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) to reduce symptoms associated with severe left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction. Doctors also review the advantages and disadvantages of both septal myectomy and alcohol septal ablation.
