Our Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at UPMC Children’s is pleased to share a look back at some of the exciting research and clinical accomplishments of our faculty and staff during 2022.
Our faculty and staff have secured a wide range of important new grants to further their respective research programs, and our division has continued to add new faculty and new clinical programs to better support our pediatric hematology/oncology patients and their families.
As a field and in our division, we do difficult, yet rewarding work each day, grappling with the complex challenges of pediatric cancers and blood disorders, and how to better care for our patients. We look forward to the new year ahead and sharing our contributions with our colleagues around the country.
I invite you to get in touch with our division or our faculty members mentioned below to learn more about their research and clinical work or discuss ways to collaborate in the future.
Respectfully,
Linda M. McAllister-Lucas, MD, PhD
Division Chief, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh
